Yesterday, we talked about spiritual authority.
There’s nothing more important than the messages we get straight from divinity. If we already have that, what are we still searching for?
Today, we have our final reason in this list—Reason #5 for why spiritual people struggle:
They don’t understand how badly darkness wants to stop them.
We saved this topic for last, but it’s been quite the elephant in the room all along.
After all, why is life so challenging to begin with?
What force compelled us all to turn around in the elevator?
What force sold us thick socks to bear the cold, when all we really needed was a vest and a hat?
What force organized environments where we were compelled to “play along” in unaligned dynamics to get ahead?
What force monopolized control over divine truth and codified unrealistic ideals for us all to strive toward?
Of course, the real reason why spiritual people struggle and get stuck along their path, is the force that has every reason to want to stop them.
Darkness is very real, and it plays an active role in society.
Now, let’s be clear what we mean by this.
It’s easy to think of darkness as witches casting spells over a cast iron cauldron, or huge ghoulish figures with bat wings and long pointy tails.
But darkness is far more practical than that—it hides in plain sight and portrays itself, not as “all powerful,” but as “normal.”
Most every thought you’ve ever had or emotional spiral you’ve ever found yourself in, that takes you away from your intuitive connection to divinity, came straight from the mind of darkness on Earth.
As we see it, there’s a sort of hierarchy of beings that’s currently working to maneuver all of humanity into a “godless utopia.”
Details aside, it’s not anything you don’t already know and see. This world was not designed to help you on this journey.
You weren’t taught at school how to tap into your intuition and explore the subtleties of what divinity is showing you.
You were taught to sit down, be quiet, and do the work assigned to you.
You were taught to “play the game.”
But whose game is it, really?
Who designed this game that has you sell slivers of your soul for safety, to relieve hard emotions, or get ahead?
Until you understand the role darkness plays on Earth, you’ll always be confused about reality.
There’s a reason you don’t suddenly get uber wealthy or insta-famous when you follow your soul’s path.
It’s because this world was not designed by the force you listen to.
The inner wisdom that guides you is the force that’s taking this world back.
There’s an unbelievable endless source of purpose and fulfillment that unlocks from truly understanding this.
The more it sinks in, the better life feels.
It’s not that the hard feelings go away. They don’t.
But those hard feelings suddenly have a purpose.
They’re the living proof inside of you that you are overcoming the manipulation of darkness, in the name of Light, so that Earth’s future can be architected by divinity and not by that dark hierarchy.
That’s a bigger deal than you may even realize, reading it.
Most spiritual people don’t like to think much about Light and dark, or where this world is going.
They live in a world where everything is “neutral.”
“We can create whatever we want!”
Except, how much of what “we want” is just what was meticulously engrained into us over the course of our lives?
Spiritual people struggle because they don’t understand how badly darkness wants to stop them. They don’t know where their divinely-guided path goes, and why it’s so significant. If they did, they’d never stop.
It feels better to rationalize darkness away. After all, it’s hard to be with.
But sometimes, being with the hard truths is where we find our clarity and purpose.
If darkness is real, your life makes sense.
If darkness is real, your life has purpose.
If darkness is real, you’re not only on the right track—you’re doing something profoundly significant.
That was Reason 5 in the Top 5 Reasons Spiritual People Struggle (and how to overcome them):
“They don’t understand how badly darkness wants to stop them.”
Next, we’re heading into the 2nd to last article in this series. We’re going expand on this idea of darkness and the role it plays here on Earth, and also (thankfully!) get into some good news.
As challenging as it is to fully be with reality, it’s not nearly as gloom and doom as it first sounds.
