Overview
Due to the nature of our products—both print on demand and small batch homemade goods, we have a standard no refund policy on all shipped goods. There are certain situations where partial or full refunds or replacements are offered, including in cases of damaged goods.

Refunds
In cases where a physical return is approved, we will send you details for where and how to ship your item, along with an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. In cases where a refund is issued, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and will arrive within a number of days, as per your bank or card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we have a replacement in stock. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at hello@thesecondparadigm.com
